This project involved designing a comprehensive network and IP systems for a residential development encompassing 658 housing units, characterized by horizontal construction with each unit occupying a land area of 200 square meters and featuring two building models.
The network infrastructure included:
Fiber Optic Link: Established from the master server room to provide high-speed internet services.
Fiber Optic IP CCTV System: Implemented for enhanced security surveillance throughout the area.
IP Telephone System: Integrated to facilitate seamless communication across the housing units.
Cisco Access Layer Network Switches: Deployed to manage local network traffic efficiently.
Cisco Fiber Optic Core Layer Network Switching: Utilized for robust core network performance.
Mikrotik 3rd Party Routing: Employed to optimize network routing capabilities.
Unifi Wireless Network Access Points: Installed to ensure comprehensive wireless coverage across the site.
Each housing unit features its own internal access layer network switch, connected via fiber optic cable to the main server room. Within each unit, three wireless access points and two IP telephones are connected to the internal switch, ensuring residents have reliable connectivity and communication options.
